Sound familiar?

You've spent years being the one who holds it all together.

Partner. Children. Career. Ageing parents. Everyone's diary but your own. And somewhere in the middle of it, quietly, you stopped recognising yourself.

Not in crisis. Not depressed. Just… further down the list than you used to be. Competent at everything. Present for everyone. And underneath it all, the same question that won't go away:

What's next for me?

  • You can't remember the last thing you did purely because you wanted to.
  • Your body has started behaving in ways nobody warned you about.
  • Something has changed — divorce, redundancy, an empty nest — and you're rebuilding.
  • You avoid looking at your finances because you don't want to know.
  • You're exhausted, but you'd struggle to say exactly what from.
  • You know something has to change. You've just been waiting to feel ready.

UNSTOPPABLE is the day you stop waiting.

What is UNSTOPPABLE?

A single, intentional day built entirely around you.

Four women who have genuinely lived what they teach. Four live sessions, a proper lunch, and an afternoon workshop you choose yourself. You go home with an actual written plan for your next chapter — in your handwriting, not a worksheet you'll never open again.

What it is

  • Practical, honest and useful — you'll use it on Monday
  • A room full of women asking the same questions you are
  • Real tools for menopause, resilience, money and breath
  • Time and space to actually think
  • New connections that outlast the day

What it isn't

  • A dark room where you're talked at for six hours
  • A spa day — no treatments, no yoga, no fluff
  • A room of women pretending they've got it worked out
  • A motivational high that's gone by Tuesday
  • A pitch for something else at the end

Inside the room

This is what the day feels like

Women of every age and every background, in one room, being honest with each other. No hierarchy, no performance, no one pretending they've got it all worked out.

The room during a morning session
Two women laughing together at their table
A speaker on stage addressing the room
A small group working together around a table
Women talking over lunch
The room set up before the doors open
The whole room together at the close of the day

The kind of room you can expect to be part of.

Who you'll spend the day with

Four women. No polish, no performance.

Claire Adamou

Claire Adamou

Host · Author & Leadership Coach

Best-selling author, leadership coach and speaker who rebuilt her own life after genuine adversity — and talks about it without a single ounce of performance. She turns resilience into things you can actually do.

Session One · Overcoming adversity & building what's next

Toni Poynton

Toni Poynton

Host · Midlife & Menopause

Thirty-five years sat across a small table from women, holding their hands. Toni has heard more honest conversation about midlife than most people hear in a lifetime — and she brings all of it, without the shame.

Session Two · Midlife, menopause & what nobody tells you

Anna Parker-Naples

Anna Parker-Naples

Author · Breathwork

Founder of the Influential Breathwork Academy, best-selling author, keynote speaker and host of the award-winning Positively Influential podcast. Anna overcame a major physical disability in her thirties and has since masterminded with Sir Richard Branson on Necker Island.

Session Three · An introduction to breathwork

Sarah Poynton

Sarah Poynton

Author · Money Mechanics

Author of Money Mechanics, and a speaker who strips the shame out of personal finance — not budgeting apps and spreadsheets, but the beliefs underneath that decide where your money goes before you've consciously chosen anything.

Session Four · Money: the part nobody talks about

Hour by hour

What actually happens on 11 October

9:30am

Arrival & coffee

Easy to find, straight off the M1, plenty of parking. Two thirds of the room will have come on their own — and every one of them is quietly looking for someone to talk to.

10:00am

Welcome & Session One

Claire on adversity, identity and building a vision for what comes next.

Mid morning

Sessions Two & Three

Toni on midlife and menopause — what's happening, what's normal, and what you're entitled to ask for. Then Anna on breathwork — what it actually is, and where it can help.

Late morning

Session Four

Sarah on money — where you actually stand, and what your next move is.

Lunch

Buffet lunch — deliberately unhurried

This isn't filler. Some of the most useful things that happen on days like this happen over a plate of food, when someone finally says the thing they didn't want to put their hand up and say.

Afternoon

Your workshop — you choose one

Three running side by side. Small, interactive, hands-on. Real exercises and tools you can use the following morning.

4:30pm

Close — and your plan

You leave with a written plan for your next chapter. Yours. Not a template.

The morning

Four sessions. Four things nobody talks about properly.

Session One

Overcoming adversity and building a vision for what's next

with Claire Adamou

Everyone in this room has been through something. The question is what you build on the other side of it. This isn't positive thinking or a motivational talk — it's a working session on resilience that doesn't rely on gritting your teeth.

  • What adversity leaves behind — the beliefs and habits that outlast the hard thing itself
  • Resilience that isn't endurance — moving through difficulty without being defined by it
  • The identity question — who you are when the roles you've been playing change
  • Building a vision — a picture of your next chapter specific enough to act on
  • The first move — what changes on Monday, not someday

You'll leave with a clear sense of where you're headed, and why.

Session Two

Midlife, menopause, and what nobody tells you

with Toni Poynton

Midlife arrives with a lot of noise and very little useful information. Most women are handed a symptom list and left to get on with it — at exactly the point when work, family and their own bodies are all making demands at once. This session cuts through it.

  • What's actually going on — how menopause reshapes this stage of life, beyond the headlines
  • Normal vs. worth flagging — what to expect, and what deserves a proper conversation
  • The support that already exists — workplace rights and healthcare options most women never hear about
  • How to ask for it — the conversations to have with your GP, your employer, your family
  • Energy, focus and overwhelm — practical tools for the days that feel impossible

You'll leave knowing what's happening, what's normal, and what you're entitled to ask for.

Session Three

An introduction to breathwork

with Anna Parker-Naples

Breathing is the one thing your body does every minute of every day without being asked — and the only automatic system you can take conscious control of. Most women have never been told that, let alone what to do with it.

This session is an introduction. Anna explains what breathwork actually is, what it does, and where it genuinely helps, so you can decide whether it's something worth taking further.

  • What breathwork actually is — and what it isn't, because the word covers a lot of ground
  • What your breath is already doing — quietly setting your stress level all day without you noticing
  • The nervous system, plainly explained — why you feel wired, flat or on edge, and what shifts it
  • Where it helps most in midlife — sleep, anxiety, focus, and the 3am wake-up
  • What to look for — how to find a practice that fits your life, and how to tell the good from the nonsense

You'll leave understanding how breathwork works and where it could help you — and knowing whether it's worth exploring.

Session Four

Money Mechanics: the part nobody talks about

with Sarah Poynton

You can have all the confidence in the world and still feel powerless if you don't know where you stand financially. The big life transitions are also the big money moments — and they usually arrive when you're least equipped to think clearly about them.

  • Where you actually stand — an honest, judgment-free picture of your finances
  • Debt — how to face it, structure it, and stop it running your life
  • Windfalls — inheritance, settlements, pension lump sums: what to do first
  • Divorce and separation — the financial questions people forget until it's too late
  • Retirement and later life — what "enough" looks like for you, not for someone else
  • The questions to ask professionals — so you're never talked over again

You'll leave knowing your next financial move. Not a vague intention — an actual next step.

The afternoon

Choose your workshop

Three run side by side. Small groups, hands-on, personalised guidance. You pick the one you need most.

Resilience & your next chapter

with Claire Adamou

Take the morning session further. A small-group working session where you build the actual vision — what your next chapter looks like, what's standing in the way, and the first move you'll make when you get home.

Your midlife toolkit

with Toni Poynton

The practical one. Bring the symptoms, the questions and the conversations you've been putting off, and leave with the words to have them — with your GP, your employer and the people who live with you.

Your money, worked through

with Sarah Poynton

Roll your sleeves up. An honest look at your own numbers with guidance in the room — so you leave with a next step that's specific to your situation, not general advice.

Workshop places are allocated on the day — arrive early for first choice.

The point of the day

You'll leave with

  • Greater confidence and self-belief
  • Practical tools to manage stress and overwhelm
  • A clearer vision for your future
  • A working understanding of your own finances
  • An understanding of how breathwork can help you
  • New connections and community
  • A deeper understanding of wellbeing and self-care
  • A personal action plan for your next chapter

"You've been waiting for a version of yourself with more energy and more time to come along and do this. She isn't coming."

Let's be straight

Is this day for you?

This is for you if…

  • You're navigating a major life transition
  • You feel lost or disconnected from yourself
  • You're managing menopause or hormonal changes
  • You're facing an empty nest, divorce or separation
  • You're dealing with burnout or chronic stress
  • You're facing a financial change you didn't plan for
  • You want to prioritise yourself without the guilt
  • You're looking for community and connection

This probably isn't for you if…

  • You want someone to hand you the answer and do none of the work
  • You're after a fun day out and nothing more
  • You're in genuine crisis and need one-to-one support
  • You'd rather not be honest in a room with other women

The women who get the most out of days like this aren't the confident ones. They're the ones who booked while still unsure, arrived slightly nervous, and decided to be honest once they got there.

Questions women actually ask us

Will I feel awkward if I come on my own?
This is the question we're asked most. A good two thirds of the room will have come alone — and they're the ones who talk to the most people, because they have to. They're also the ones still messaging each other in November. Come on your own. Genuinely.
Where exactly is it, and is there parking?
DoubleTree by Hilton, Stadium MK, Milton Keynes. Straight off the M1, easy to find, and plenty of on-site parking. Doors open at 9:30am for coffee; we start at 10am sharp.
What should I wear, and what do I need to bring?
Whatever you feel comfortable in — there's no dress code. Everything you need for the day is provided, including your workbook and a pen. Just bring yourself.
Is lunch included? What about dietary requirements?
Yes — a full buffet lunch and refreshments throughout the day are included in every ticket. Let us know your dietary requirements after booking and we'll take care of it.
What's the difference between Standard and VIP?
Standard gets you the entire day — all three sessions, your workshop, lunch, workbook and gift bag. VIP adds front-row seating, lunch with the speakers rather than near them, signed books, a VIP gift bag, and a post-event group coaching session with Toni and Claire once the day has had time to settle. That last one is where a lot of the real work happens.
I'm not sure I can justify spending this on myself.
If the money genuinely isn't there, keep it — there'll be other days, and we'd rather you stayed with us. But if the money exists and would be spent without a second's thought on a child's school trip or a new boiler, that's not affordability. That's permission. Notice you never audit the school trip.
Can I pay in instalments?
