These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, subscription boxes, coaching services, events and community. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

We provide a range of lifestyle products and services, including but not limited to:

Monthly subscription boxes
One-off gift boxes
Coaching and mentoring
Community memberships

Workshops

3. Subscription Boxes

Our subscription boxes are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Boxes are dispatched once per month, on or around the 15th of each month.

Orders placed after the monthly dispatch has taken place will be included in the following month's shipment.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring payments until your subscription is cancelled.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future payments but will not affect any box that has already been paid for or entered our packing process.

5. Prices

Prices may change from time to time.

If your subscription price changes, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price takes effect.

6. Coaching, Mentoring & Community

Any coaching, mentoring, workshops, events, online content or discussions within the This Is Her community are provided for general educational, informational and inspirational purposes only.

Nothing provided by This Is Her should be considered:

You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make following participation in our coaching, events or community.

Participation in our community does not create a professional-client relationship beyond the services purchased.

7. Third-Party Products Included in Our Boxes

Our subscription boxes may contain products supplied by carefully selected third-party brands and manufacturers.

Whilst we take care in selecting products we believe our customers will enjoy, This Is Her does not manufacture the majority of these products.

As such:

are the responsibility of the individual manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for reading all labels, instructions, ingredient lists and safety information before using any product.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns about a product's suitability, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.

We cannot guarantee that any product supplied is free from specific allergens or ingredients.

8. Product Reactions

Every individual is different.

This Is Her cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions, sensitivities, intolerances or adverse effects arising from the use of products supplied by third-party manufacturers.

By using products contained within our boxes, you acknowledge that you do so at your own discretion after reviewing the manufacturer's instructions and ingredient information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Product Availability

Occasionally products may become unavailable after publication or marketing.

Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute products with alternatives of equal or greater value without prior notice.

Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photography, downloads, coaching materials and other content remains the intellectual property of This Is Her unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.

12. Community Standards

We aim to create a kind, supportive and welcoming community.

We reserve the right to remove members from our online communities, events or memberships without refund where behaviour is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory or otherwise harmful to other members or our team.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses;
we are not responsible for decisions made based on our educational content or coaching;
we are not responsible for the performance, claims or representations made by third-party product manufacturers;
we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, industrial action, severe weather or other unforeseen events.

Our total liability arising from any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
