Thank you for ordering from This Is Her.

Our subscription boxes are carefully curated and packed by hand, which means we work to a monthly dispatch schedule rather than shipping individual orders every day.

Monthly Dispatch

We dispatch all subscription boxes once per month, on or around the 15th of each month.

This means that your order will not be shipped immediately after purchase.

If you order before the 15th

If you place your order before our monthly dispatch date, your box will be included in that month's shipment and sent on or around the 15th.

If you order after the 15th

If you place your order after our monthly dispatch has taken place, your first box will be sent on or around the 15th of the following month.

For example:

  • Order on 8th July → Your box will be dispatched on or around 15th July.

  • Order on 20th July → Your box will be dispatched on or around 15th August.

Delivery Times

Once your box has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location and the postal service.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • UK: 2–5 working days

  • International: Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Please note these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation email confirming your box is on its way.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before the 10th of the month.

While we will always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has entered our packing process.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before it can be resent.

Delays

Occasionally, circumstances outside our control—such as adverse weather, courier delays, postal strikes or customs processing—may affect delivery times.

If this happens, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
